Privacy, in plain language
This page explains, in plain language, what information our desk handles when we help you and how we treat it. Holding as little as possible is a deliberate choice on our part, because a small record is a quiet one. Should any part of this read awkwardly, do ask us and a plain answer will follow.
What we collect
To help you set up and support a Taj777 account, we typically handle:
- Your mobile number, so we can create your account and talk to you on WhatsApp.
- Basic account details needed for setup and, where the platform requires it, verification.
- The messages you send us, which we keep to provide support and follow up on your requests.
We ask for what is necessary and no more. We do not need — and will never ask for — your password, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
How we use it
We use your information only to do the job you came to us for: creating your ID, helping with login, guiding deposits and withdrawals, and answering your questions. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them except where it is genuinely needed to set up or support your account.
How we protect it
We limit who can see your information to the people helping you, and we do not keep more than we need. WhatsApp conversations are protected by the app's own encryption. That said, no system is perfect, so you play your part too: keep your own device secure, do not share your login, and be alert to anyone impersonating us.
Cookies and this website
This site is intentionally light. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you across the web. The one external element on some pages is a live cricket scores widget, which loads from its own provider so it can show live data; that provider may set its own cookies as part of displaying the widget.
What you may ask of us
A request to see the information in our hands, to have a detail corrected, or to have it removed once support no longer needs it, is always welcome. Just message the desk. If you want to stop hearing from us, tell us and we will respect that.
Adults only
Nobody below the age of 18 may hold an account with us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will not help minors open accounts.
Changes to this page
If our approach changes, we will update this page. The date of the latest review is shown in the footer. Questions are always welcome via our contact page.
The specifics: what each piece of information is for
Break it down and there are really four things we handle at Taj777: your mobile number, so we can reach you and set up your ID; the name you choose to give us, which need not match any official document; the back-and-forth of your chat history, which lets us pick up a conversation where it left off instead of asking you to repeat yourself; and, when a deposit or withdrawal needs tracing, a payment reference such as a UPI transaction ID. Each one exists to solve a specific problem for your Taj777 account, not to build a wider profile of you.
How long any of this sticks around
We keep chat history and payment references for as long as they are useful for Taj777 support — broadly, while your account is active and for a reasonable stretch after, in case an old query resurfaces. We do not have a fixed countdown in days we can quote, because it depends on whether a query is still open, but nothing is kept indefinitely once there is no reason left to hold it. Ask us directly and we will tell you what we still have on file.
Who outside this desk ever sees it
Two other parties can see slices of your information, and only what each genuinely needs. Payment channels — the UPI apps and processors that move money — see the transaction itself, the same as any other payment made online. The Taj777 platform, separately, holds the account and betting data its own systems require to run your ID. We do not sell contact details to advertisers, and we do not hand your chat history to anyone outside these two.
Your rights over your own data, spelled out
You can ask what we hold on you (access), ask us to fix anything wrong (correction), ask us to remove it once it is no longer needed for support (deletion), or tell us to stop a particular use of it that you are not comfortable with (objection). All four are exercised the same simple way: message the desk, say which one you want, and mention your Taj777 username so we can find the right record. On marketing specifically, we do not run promotional broadcasts off your support chats, and opting out of anything we do send is one line to the desk.
Keeping it secure, in practice
Beyond limiting who can see your information, we avoid writing sensitive details into places they do not need to be, and we rely on WhatsApp’s own encryption for the conversation itself. You carry some of the responsibility too — a device left unlocked or a login shared with someone else undoes a lot of what we do on our end. If you ever suspect your Taj777 details have been seen by someone they should not have, tell us straight away via customer care.
What information does the Taj777 desk actually ask for?
Just enough to help you: your mobile number so we can set up and reach you on WhatsApp, the name you choose to give us, and details of whatever you are asking about — a deposit reference if a payment needs tracing, for instance. We do not ask for documents beyond what Taj777 account verification genuinely requires, and we never ask for your password or UPI PIN.
Are my chat messages with the desk stored?
Yes, we keep a record of conversations so we can pick up where we left off and so a colleague can help you without starting from zero if you write in again. It is kept for support purposes only, not analysed for marketing, and is not shared outside the small team helping run the Taj777 desk.
Does this website use cookies?
This site itself is deliberately light on tracking — we do not run third-party advertising trackers or profiling analytics. A live cricket scores widget on some Taj777 pages loads from its own provider and may set a cookie as part of showing that data, but it is there for scores, not for following you around the web.
Who else gets to see my data besides this desk?
Two categories of outside party, and nothing beyond them: the payment channel involved in a transaction sees that transaction the same way it would for any online payment, and the Taj777 platform holds the account data its own systems need to run. We do not sell or pass your details to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Can I ask for my details to be deleted?
Yes — message the desk, say you would like your data deleted, and mention your username. We will remove what is no longer needed for support once we have confirmed the request is genuinely from you. Some information tied to an active Taj777 account or an open payment query may need to be kept a little longer until that is resolved.
How long are records actually kept?
There is no single fixed period we can quote — retention depends on whether your account is active and whether a query is still open. Broadly, we hold chat history and payment references for as long as they remain useful for support, and not much beyond that. If you want to know exactly what we still have on you, ask us directly.
Is my payment information stored on this website?
We keep a payment reference — something like a UPI transaction ID — when it is needed to trace a deposit or withdrawal query, not full card or banking details. The actual movement of money happens through the payment channel and the Taj777 platform, which handle the sensitive financial details under their own systems, not ours.
Do you send marketing messages?
We do not build a marketing list from support conversations, and we will not add you to promotional broadcasts without asking first. Replies to your own questions about your own Taj777 account are ordinary support, not marketing, and will keep coming regardless of any marketing preference you set.
What rights do I have over my own data?
Four, in plain terms: you can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete what is no longer needed, and object to a particular use you are not comfortable with. All four are requested the same way — message the Taj777 desk and say which one you want.
How do I raise a privacy concern?
Message the desk directly and say it is a privacy question rather than an account one, so it gets read in that light. Describe what is worrying you — a message you think leaked, a use of your Taj777 data you did not expect — and we will look into it and reply properly rather than with a one-line brush-off.
